the studio classes teachers location info
Bring something comfortable to wear. Something stretchy and not restricting. Classes end with a relaxation session so if you want to bring some socks along if your toes get cold then feel free!
When you arrive you can take a place on the floor on a mat. There are changing rooms but you'll need to bring your bag up to the class. Bring your own mat if you're comfortable but we have plenty for you to use. Your teacher can help you to find a place. Either before or after the class, your teacher will get you to fill out your name and will collect the €15 in cash.
Water:
Drinking cold water during the yoga practice is not recommended (little sips are fine though!). Developing heat in the body allows us to move more freely and this heat helps to eliminate toxins and purify the whole system, pouring cold water onto this heat slows down the whole process. We recommend you drink water throughout the day of your practice but not within 30 minutes of your practice.
Food:
Try to avoid eating large meals before practice. It is recommended that one eats a meal about three hours before practice to give the body time to digest and eliminate that meal, so that you can practice in pure comfort.
