Erinbell Fanore

Erinbell became a certified yoga teacher by training with Dave Curtis in vinyasaflow and is certified by the Yoga Alliance. She teaches a dynamic flowing Hatha class and encourages and instructs her students to find the integrity, beauty, and strength of Tadasana (Mountain Pose) not only on the mat in all the asanas but also off the mat (where perhaps it counts most). She was was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada and at 18 left to study theatre in Toronto, after which she left to go backpacking through Europe. She then travelled and lived in France, Japan, Ireland, Germany, India. She is currently living on Gozo with her husband and two small children. She is delighted to be sharing her knowledge of yoga on this charming, stunning, tiny Mediterranean island.

Regina Wei

Born in Seattle, America, Regina has lived and worked in places as diverse as Mongolia, Maine (USA), California (USA), Beijing and Thailand.  Her two passions are yoga and healing. Regina practices and teaches a Vinyasa style Hatha yoga that is inspired by the Iyengar and Ashtanga traditions.  She first began practicing yoga with Mike Stokes while attending graduate school at UCLA (Los Angeles) in the Fall of 2003.  She met and worked with Diana Colonna Suryasakti in Beijing in 2006 and was awarded a teacher training certificate by the Suryasakti Yoga Center (Ljubljana, Slovenia) in the Winter of 2006. Regina's yoga philosophy centers on the ideas of compassion for self and others, mindfulness, and self-healing.  She firmly believes that while yoga should be calming, centering and strengthening, it should also be practiced in a spirit of ease and fun. Regina is a Reiki Master in the Tera-Mai Reiki tradition and is trained in Sacred Geometrics Healing Work (a form of energy healing). She strives through her teaching to bring a balance of concentrated attention with a sense of lightness and good humor into her students' practices.

Joanna Collins

Joanna was born in Dublin and spent her youth training in London. Her yoga practice stems from a dance background namely classical ballet, contemporary and modern, so her teaching is rooted in an innate and precise sense of physicality. Her study of yoga evolved through dance leading her to continue training in India where she spent the last year experiencing yoga as a way of life. Her main practice there was in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, gaining a teacher training certificate in Yoga Education from Yoga Vidyha Dham Institution as well as practicing with V. Venkatesh (Atma Vikasa, Mysore) and V. Sheshadri (Mysore Mandala Shala). She completed her teacher training in Los Angeles at the renowned Yoga Works studio in Santa Monica. Her practice there adapted to more Vinyasa flow based style. In addition, she studied under Saul David Raye,Erik Schiffman and has just completed an advanced teacher training course with David swenson. Joanna is specifically drawn to the discipline of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga because of the precise alignment and placement it demands on the body and its connection of breath with movement. She is currently apprenticed to David Curtis and will be assisting him on the Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training courses in Dublin.

joy, inspiration and all round health by allowing our own innate sense
of wellbeing and harmony to emerge.

Oonagh Carroll-Holden

Oonagh is qualified with the International Yoga Alliance, completing her training with Debbie Corradino and Veronica Larsen at the Elbow Room, (Dublin). She was drawn to Ashtanga yoga for the challenges it proved to her body firstly, but the experiences she met on her journey led her to the belief she holds true to her practice today, that the foundation of progressing and making beneficial changes is through a consistent and very thoughtful practice. Oonagh emphasises the use of and the quality of ones breath within the practice and is a firm believer that we should use it as the primary guide to where we should be in our practice on any given day. The class is fashioned in the traditional Ashtanga style, building up heat within ones body through the use of movement and breath.
