Great! We are delighted you have decided to book!

Below is a handy checklist to help you organize your holiday!

  1. Have you selected your location?
  2. Have you selected dates that suit you?
  3. Have you read the information in the ‘getting there’ section for your chosen location?
  4. Have you read the FAQ’s for your chosen location?
  5. Have you researched your flights (if necessary)?

 Once you have everything done contact us to check availability!

 

Booking Procedure

 

Step 1:
Once availability has been confirmed we will send you an online booking form. Please complete the form and return to us. We will consider your booking confirmed at this stage.

 

Step 2:
Book flights (if necessary)

 

Step 3:
Once we have received your completed booking form we will send you an invoice to pay the 30% deposit for your holiday.

 

Step 4:
Full payment must be made before 6 weeks of the start date. Bookings made within this period will be invoiced for the full amount.

 

1. Pay with Credit Card online via PayPal
2. Bank account transfer

 

Step 5:
Insurance: Before you come on the holiday you must be covered by insurance, which must include adequate cover for baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become too ill to continue, including helicopter rescue and air ambulance. It is up to each individual to ensure that their insurance is adequate for the holiday they have booked. If you join the holiday without insurance you may not be allowed to continue on the holiday, with no right of refund. Make sure you have adequate travel insurance, both general medical and for any activities you may participate in.

 

 

 

 

Step 6:
Cancellation policy: If you cancel your booking more than 8 weeks before departure we will not refund your deposit, but you may if you wish transfer your deposit to another holiday in our current program If you subsequently cancel the holiday to which you have transferred, we will retain the deposit paid.
If you cancel your booking after you have paid in full the following cancellation charges will be made:
 

 

between 43 and 56 days: 30% of the holiday cost
between 29 and 42 days: 50% of the holiday cost
between 15 and 28 days: 75% of the holiday cost
14 days or less (or fail to join the holiday): 100% of the holiday cost
 

 

These dates refer to our receiving written notification of your cancellation.
