Cayman - Schedule

 

Mornings are beautiful in the Caribbean. The waters are calm and flat, the beach empty and long and the air is clear. Before the day gets busy and the place fills up, we start our practice by the beach. Our morning practice is for 90 minutes and this is followed by a healthy breakfast.

 

After breakfast we have lots of free time. There is so much to do on Cayman, please see the activities section for a list of things you can do in your time off. Of course, it's also the perfect place to lie out on the beach with a book and catch some rays!

 

We meet again in the evening for a sunset yoga practice for 60 minutes. After this you can enjoy a meal out in one of the restaurtants or just stay in and relax from a busy day!
