Michelle will be based in Grand Cayman and running yoga retreats for November and December, 2011 on Seven Mile Beach and welcomes you to daily yoga classes, exploring the stunning reefs diving and snorkelling on this beautiful Island.

With dozens of dive operators why not avail of the opportunity to dive the turquoise waters and explore the beauty of the reefs teaming with life. Snorkeling is done right off the beach and the Cayman Islands are famous for the abundance of coral and sealife.

 

Take a day trip to Sting-Ray City or Rum point and explore the Island above the waters, taking in the sun and delicious food on offer.

Michelle has been teaching yoga full time for 7 years and is passionate not only about her practice but about healthy living and having a great time. She is also a scuba diving instructor and was born with gills and she is your perfect host to enjoy both the land and the sea.
