Ireland - Schedule

Friday

Check in anytime after 4pm.

Relax at the cottage, take a walk or enjoy a treatment.

18:00 - Our first yoga class, 90 minutes.

19:30 - Dinner, delicious and healthy, fare!

 

Saturday

8:00 - Museli/Porridge and fruit

8:30 - Early morning silent walk (optional!)

9:00 -  Freshly made smoothie and fruit

10:00 - 2 hour yoga class

12:30 - Brunch - lots of yummy healthy food

Free time - Options to take a trip to Lahinch to the beach, go surfing, take a tour of the area including the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren or stay and relax and enjoy a treatment.

17:30 - 1.5 hour yoga class followed by 30 minute meditation

19:30 - Dinner - more lovely homemade healthy food followed by delicious healthy dessert

20:00 - Hot Tub weather depending!

 

Sunday

8:00 - Museli/Porridge and fruit

9:00 - Freshly made smoothie and fruit

10:00 - 2 hour yoga class

12:30 -  Brunch - lots of yummy healthy food

13:00 - meditation

14:00 - Free time - Options to take a trip to Lahinch to the beach, go surfing or relax and enjoy a treatment.

 

 If you are staying for the 3 night option, then Sunday runs like Saturday and Monday runs like Sunday!

 

During the day, herbal teas will be available at all times and yummy smoothies will be served too.
