Things to do on your yoga skiing holiday
Skiing, Snowboarding, Sledging, Snow-shoeing, the Jungfraujoch and the mountain Spa
Come on a yoga skiing and whether a novice or seasoned snow-goer, we have all grades of mountain in one of the most stunning ski resorts in the world, Wengen.
Glimpse the awesome Eiger from one of these great locations included in your mountain pass: Kleine Scheidegg and Männlichen and First Skiing and Snowboarding is a great activity for EVERYONE. Even if you have never learned you can get one-on-one lessons at dicsounted rates with our experienced instructors and take it as far as YOU want to. Lessons are great to improve your technique whatever your level. As a member of our group you will have the opportunity to join in with people your own level and take advantage of the local knowledge our team leaders have. You can take time off and explore youreself, meeting up for lunch or take advantage of private or group lessons with our team of ski/snowboard instructors.
Your ski-pass covers three areas which have 100's of kms of well managed piste; Kleine Scheidegg, Männlichen and First. Kleine Scheidegg has easy to moderate runs with a few more difficult pistes, First is a good all rounder with plenty of selection for everyone. There is excellent freeride/off-piste in all three areas. First has a park and half-pipe. Wengen playes host to the Annual World Championship Down-Hill Ski race, where the worlds fastest professional skiiers charge down the Lauberhorn Black run battling for first place. In fact downhill skiing was invented here.

Sledging and Snow-shoeing
With a huge selection of well maintained sledge tracks and marked walking tracks, there's plenty to offer the non-skier. In fact, it is often the best way to see these remarkable mountains as you will encounter few people. Sledging is a fun and exciting way to spend an afternoon, even for those who are skiing, and the area boasts the longest sledge track in Europe. Moonlight sledging followed by a cheese fondue is a local favourite.
Junfraujoch
Why not take a day off and visit the world famous Junfraujoch, a short train ride away. This UNESCO world site of beauty is the perfect place to make the most of Adventure and Beauty. The train tracks are cut into the massive Eiger mountain taking you up to highest train station in Europe. At almost 4000m you can see the Swiss, French, Austrian and Italian Alps from here, and the awesome glacier in the picture above. Mount Blanc is also visable from up here. Your mountain pass entitles you to a discounted price for this trip.
The mountain Spa
At the Victoria Lauberhorn Hotel in Wengen, just a couple of minutes walk from your hotel, is the Solebad Spa. With salt-water pool, jacuzzi and waterfalls, sauna, steamroom and two plunge pools (one cold, one very cold) there is also a sun room for stretching out and relaxing with a book. The offer a range of treatments including massage and it's a great way to relieve those achy muscles after a day on the piste.
