Luxury Yoga Retreat with Michelle Riordan - Oct 21 to 28 - €850

Join us for a week in paradise on Koh Yao (West Coast) for yoga, meditation, amazing food and all in a beautiful boutique resort.

7 years ago, Yogatraveller ran their first ever retreat in Thailand. This year, we are excited to announce that Michelle will return to Thailand to run a few special yoga retreats at the luxury boutique Paradise Resort. The resort with its beaches, custom built yoga spaces and stunning rooms is one the most beautiful we  have ever seen. It is a magical setting with pristine beaches, freshwater infinity pool, golden sand and 5 star service. Can you picture indulging yourself here?

A Special Retreat.

Join Michelle on this thoughtfully planned retreat for hours of inspiring yoga and take your practice to new levels. Start each day with a meditation session on the yoga deck floating above the lotus pond. After fresh herbal teas and tropical fruit, enjoy a long dynamic morning class looking out over the calm waters of the Andaman Ocean on the Beachside Yoga Shala. In the evening we meet for a long class of deep restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).

Yoga in Paradise

We are so excited about this retreat! Paradise Resort offers everything you could want from a yoga retreat and more. At both Yoga Shalas you are looking out at a view of unparalleled beauty and in between classes there is so much to do. Claim one of the many hammocks and take a nap while reading.

Lounge on one of the comfortable daybeds beachside or poolside and be served fresh-fruit cocktails. Take a walk around the lush jungles of the island and see tropical birds and elephants. Get active and go rock-climbing, sea-kayaking around the stunning mangroves or snorkelling and scuba diving in this famous Marine Park (see the activities section for more). Indulge in a number of Spa treatments in the world class Spa, here you will find a herbal steam, hot tub and even a natural waterfall pool.

Connect to Nature

The surrounding views are truly beautiful and lush palm trees and giant flowers adorn this stunning island. The weather and the ocean remain a steady balmy temperature and the feeling of floating on the surface of calm, warm waters is hard to beat. The picture below is of the natural waterfall at the Spa!

The Food...
Thailand is famous the world over for amazing food, and the restaurant at Paradise Resort takes the cuisine a step further. With a team of local and international chefs, the food is inspiring, fresh and delicious. We include brunch daily after morning yoga and 3 evening meals, and have chosen a menu to complement your retreat.

We have left a few meals free for you to enjoy the a la carte menu for yourself. There is an array of fresh seafood and of course the beachfront sunset cocktail bar is perfect for a pre-dinner drink.
