It's a fun holiday too. You'll do yoga every morning in the shade of our purpose built yoga sala, right by the waters edge. You'll spend your day either relaxing, getting massaged, exploring the surrounding islands or snorkelling and diving.

You will definitely enjoy the delicious and healthy Thai food and mouth watering fresh fruit shakes and cocktails. The resort has it's own infinity swimming pool and the warm waters of the Andaman Ocean come practically right up to it. Sunset yoga and meditation round off the day and why not take a barefoot stroll along the beach to enjoy dinner in one of the neighbouring resorts. One thing you will definitely enjoy is the uninterrupted view of the night sky, with no light pollution you will see the stars like never before.

This holiday will really take you away from it all. The ultimate island experience, you will feel like you've stepped off the pages of the world. It can take a few days to really get into the pace of life, but the indulgence and

pampering shouldn't be too hard to adjust to. Life is simple here, yoga, food, swim, yoga, sleep, food! Our host and teacher is there right experiencing it all with you and he is on hand to orgainse diving/snorkelling, massages, trips to the local fishing islands & Emerald Cave and a group sunset boat trip which is included in the package. Bring your camera and your sarong but leave your watch at home...

Koh Ngai/Hai Island (known by both names) is a tiny island located in Trang province in the Andaman Ocean. Surrounded by karst limestone islands and fringing reef, it is quiet, peaceful and isolated. Spend your day snorkelling right off the resort, relaxing and getting massages or hire a small boat to explore the surrounding islands and find your own private beaches. Trips can be arranged to the Emerald Cave and the little known Koh Kradan and Koh Rok, beautiful islands populated with fishermen and their families.

There are 6 resorts on the island each with different restaurants and it's nice to spend an evening hanging out under the stars with the gentle breeze blowing. There's not much going on at night time so if you're looking for early nights and long leisurely days, this is the trip for you! For information on getting to the island please click here.
