Stay onsite in this beautiful mansion and enjoy yoga in the specially built yoga hall, meditation in the Shanti room. We are offering an all inclusive package including yoga, pilates, meditation and de-stress sessions, massages and other complementary therapies and healthy, nutritious and tasty food.Included in your package will be one-on-one consulations with our wellness experts discussing your life, routine and health outlook for the future. Yoga France - Description

Steeped in history there is a wealth to do in the area and included in the package we have included several walks and hikes and trips to local points of interest. Indulge and pamper while getting yourself in shape mentally and physically. Talks, workshops and cooking demonstrations are included and our team of experts are onhand to make your stay as beneficial and as comfortable as possible.

Yoga France - Accommodation

The 200 year old chateau is tastefully decorated with both antiques of the era and from Asia. The rooms are spacious and graceful, the rooms elegant and decorated exquisitely, each with their own individual style.

 

 

There are extinsive lawns and gardens include a carp pond and bamboo forrest along with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. Enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, stream baths and rose garden. The chateau is the ultimate in luxury and comfort and is the perfect place to really get away from it all.

Yoga France - Schedule

Start the day with a yoga class followed by a freshly squeezed juice with mint and ginger and a healthy breakfast.This is followed with a brisk walk and the return to the chateau for your choice of programs, therapies, de-stress meditation sessions and private consultations with one of our experts.

Over the retreat there will be cooking demonstrations, art classes and talks on diet and nuitrition. Lunch and dinner are served onsite and the menu's are specially prepared by experts with your enjoyment and wellbeing in mind. The day is rounded off with yoga and meditation and herbal teas prepared fresh from the gardens.

Yoga France - Price Includes
