Gozo is one of the few islands in the Mediterranean which remains unspoiled. Yoga Malta - Description

Yoga classes are held twice daily with and a great selection of extra activities each day. With amazing, fresh food and beautiful scenery you will definitely enjoy this well kept secret in the Med. There is much to do on the island, however it’s the perfect place to relax by the pool, rejuvenate and get away from it all.

 

Only a 3 hour flight from London, you will feel like you're stepping into another world. The people are friendly and laid-back, the atmosphere is idyllic and the weather is hot and sunny.

Yoga Malta - Accommodation

You will be staying in exclusive Ta Sbejha apartments which are clustered around a stunning swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees. Decorated in the old-style with stone arches and wooden beams, each apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, lounge and patio or balcony.

It's a perfect place to relax with a book and catch some rays and there are plenty of local spots nearby to wander around and explore.

 

The apartments are located just outside the tranquil and picturesque village of Gharb. Gharb is on the West of the Island, and is close to the famous 'Azure window, Inland sea and Blue Hole. Getting around the island is easy, and is best done by car. Rental cars will be delivered to the accommodation. Taxis are also readily available.

Yoga will be held onsite in our air-conditioned, parquet floored yoga studio.

With views of the surrounding countryside and distant sea, there is a local shop and complimentary underground parking. The area is well managed and is peaceful and quiet, these villa style houses have the advantage of privacy and luxury within self-contained surroundings.

 

 

The rooms are large twin sharing or double rooms. Each apartment has its own bathroom with bath. There are large areas around the houses and gardens to explore. At night the place is silent and dark with a canopy of stars over head.

Yoga Malta - Schedule

You will be met on arrival off your flight on Malta, and transferred by way of chauffeur to the centre on Gozo., where we will provide you with a home-cooked light meal. Yoga will begin the next morning followed by a selection of activities to get involved in.
As well as yoga each day, you can busy yourself if you please with activities such as scuba diving and snorkeling, cycling, walking and hiking, and visiting historical sites.

Yoga classes are at 8:00 for 90 mins and 17:30 for 60 mins.

Occupy your time in any way you wish, there are stunning walks and sea views to take in. There is a huge range of UNESCO world heritage historical sites to explore, with markets, fishing villages and beautiful swimming beaches.

Whether you climb on a regular basis or if you have always wanted to try it we have professional equipment and expert instructors on hand to teach, lead or follow.
• hiking and Biking There are many great trails around the island, costal routes of the whole island, short routes and to longer day and half-day routes.
