Yogatraveller, Koh Ngai Island, Thailand 4-11 April by: Vincent Sandee
Hello everyone! Welcome to this week’s blog. We had another peaceful, deep, and fun time at the Island. I had the pleasure to meet beautiful people again. We had great time having dinner together and doing Yoga.
Alex, Lovisa and Alison have been incredibly committed to the Yoga session and they all achieved great progress in them. Lovisa was able to perform the advanced sequence of passing from the crow to the headstand. Mmmm, they said they were quite new to Yoga…. Wow!!!
There has been some refreshing rain at times, which has made the experience a little “fresh” since Thailand is usually a hot country, but never dry. We shared lots of talks about the elements and experienced through meditation. Alex has shared his experience as a student of Chinese Medicine and I found it really interesting…. A call I heard a long time ago (to unite Chinese medicine with Yoga).
As usual the holiday developed according to the level of the guests and their interests.
Alison, a woman of very intense will power but also sweet and adaptable (great qualities), has been really quick in catching up with the yoga, showing clearly that she can become really good at it. Her “crow” on the last day was astounding!!!!
Well, thank you for reading again,
Joy to you all,
Vincent Sandee
