New Year's Yoga and Detox Retreat

Get away from the maddness and spend New Year's in the West of Ireland. We will be doing yoga by candle and fire light and taking long countryside walks. Enjoy healthy food, with some food demonstrations and lots of smoothies and juices. With the short evenings we will really enjoy long luxurious classes and will fire up our wood-burning hot-tub on one of the nights, set against the backdrop of a 400 year old ruin. Heaven!
